Resistance training is vital for your routine since it helps you improve your endurance and develop your strength. Moreover, it betters your mobility and stability while increasing your range of motion.

For example, when you get swimming tips, pros usually suggest enhancing your back, shoulder, and arm strength and mobility. On the other hand, you want to focus on your glute, quad, and hamstring strength and stability for biking. With running, build strength and mobility from your legs to your hips and stability from your trunk to your shoulders!

You can have rest days before or right after a brick session. This way, you have enough energy to start on the next run.

Even wearing the appropriate gear can change how effective your training will be. Training in the proper attire allows your body to get used to movement wearing it.

You can find a triathlon wetsuit in different styles and choose one based on preference or purpose.
